How would I design a lab experiment to investigate how the current in a diode varies with temperature?

How would I design a lab experiment to investigate how the current in a diode varies with temperature in the range of -20 to +150 degrees Celsius?

Any ideas? Anybody?! I have physics assessment coming up and I have absolutely no idea!

How would I design a lab experiment to investigate how the current in a diode varies with temperature?
use a temperature sensitive diode(available in most labs) and connect it to a normal circuit using a ammeter on both sides of the diode and then pass the current through it and read the value off the ammeter.change the current and read the ammeter again.
