What is the best program to use to design a webpage?

I have microsoft frontpage is there a better one to use? I have to design one for work and dont know all the html to write it up so I need one that can generate what I want easily.

FRONTPAGE is easy. NVU is free. And DREAMWEAVER is maybe the best

Reply:Frontpage is my favourite. If you want a cheap, but still good one, try Microsoft Publisher. It commes with MS office.


edit: other people seem to be all sayin dreamweaver. I guess that one is best since it's made by adobe...but I can't really rate it since I've never tried it.
