Does a fashion designer design their own shoes for their dresses on the catwalk?

I wonder that when they design a pretty dress or something like that. Do they have to design their own shoes or they buy them from some stores?

and catwalk was the best solution. They were not to buy shoes


from other brands specially the biggest brands like Versace


'cause if they were to wear another brands during the catwalk


it means they also promotes the other brands and it means they


accept losing... During business you need to compete with other brands.
Reply:Not necessarily, but some big labels like Gucci, Ralph Lauren and Louis Vuitton do.
Reply:I think a lot of them do design their own. Other designers may go to like vintage thrift stores or little boutiques. They risk making the other designers mad, anyway. Like, Chanel sued Moschino Cheap and Chic for spritzing their perfume on a shirt.
