Who do I report to regarding a serious design flaw in a sainsbury's custard slice packaging ?

I slid the tray out, the 2 hollows in the plastic tray immediately folded, as they are very inclined to do so, resulting in my slices cascading over my fairly unclean floor. Not that this puts me off eating them.

Its a design nightmare, and the 5th time I've had this accident.

Who do I report to regarding a serious design flaw in a sainsbury's custard slice packaging ?
You report it to the Sainsbury's custard slice packaging department and tell them how **** their packaging is and that you waste half your custard slice to the floor and that you demand reparation!
Reply:haha! kinda funny you've let this happen 5 times!

try being prepared for it falling before it does if you know its gonna happen!!
Reply:If opening them over a top of some kind still holds no luck you can e mail customer service and give them your complaint.
Reply:I blame gravity.
Reply:I'm in the U.S., so I am not familiar with Sainsbury's , but it appears to be a grocery chain?

You can contact them via phone, email or snailmail - or any combination thereof:

Reply:so why do u keep buying it? you could have told them after the second or third time.
Reply:Instead of trying to scoff them as soon as you walk in the door, open them on the kitchen table.
Reply:Open it over the work top or a plate?
Reply:I bet you only had to spill mcdonald's coffee on you 4 times to realize it was hot before you sued.
